Winemaking
Maceration on the skins.
Smell
On the nose it is full, with fruity aromas (sour cherry, but also raspberry, blackberry and cassis) accompanied by delicate herbaceous tones.
Taste
Soft, broad, almost chewy, the tannin has grain and fleshiness but is elegant, well-distributed and capable of extension.
Pleasant returns of dark berry fruits on the finish.
