Artichokes with Pink Pepper 180g

The artichoke, a vegetable with a unique shape and a popular ingredient in the Mediterranean diet, is naturally rich in fiber and iron and has several antioxidant properties.
For this preserve we use only the “artichoke hearts” which are the noblest part of the vegetable.

It lends itself well to various types of preparations in the kitchen: as a delicious appetizer, to accompany meats, cured meats and fresh or aged cheeses.

Preserved in extra virgin olive oil, they retain all their flavor and delicacy: therefore, they can also be used as a condiment for pasta, pizza, or to fill your favorite savory pies.
