Description
Wild blackberries (the fruit of Rubus Ulmifolius Schott) are particularly interesting from a nutritional point of view: they are rich in fibre, vitamins C and K, folic acid and the essential mineral manganese.
In this case, we process whole blackberries to preserve not only their flavor but also their bite-size texture. We primarily use them as a tart filling, but if you add them to pancake batter, you'll experience a burst of flavor when you bite into a whole blackberry.

It can be kept for up to 2 years from the production date (if sealed). Once opened, keep refrigerated.
